Doris Vogt and Michelle Kutkowski ensure a smooth organisation within the scope of administrative accounting and prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

Their daily tasks include the complete coverage and booking of all emerging processes during an accounting period.

They control the financial resources to ensure willingness to pay in the field of finance. In the process, Doris and Michelle make financial planning at short notice and supervise the progress of earnings and expenses of the Saarland University’s General Students’ Committee. Their duties take place in line with the so-called Landeshaushaltsordnung (LHO).

Advising concerning tax regulations is also part of their remit.

In addition to the accounting operations, Doris and Michelle take care of the human resource management.
In order to stay up-to-date, they constantly enhance their knowledge in terms of accounting and fiscal matters, particularly payroll accounting and employment.

Applications for refund of student ticket fees are processed and made payable by Doris and Michelle.

Last but not least, they support the student staff members and help in word and deed.
