If you want to apply for the mKaart to use public transport in Luxembourg for free, we have provided a guide to help you through the French forms. Of course I will also help you personally. But from March on the public transport in Luxembourg will be free of charge for everyone.
If you have questions about the shuttle buses, I am also the right contact person.

Complaints about public transport can be sent to busfahren[at]asta.uni-saarland.de or via the public transport complaint form on our website. We collect complaints there and will publish some if necessary.
However, I am not responsible for semester ticket refunds. You can find all important information about this here.
